Q: How can I place an order?
A: Simply browse our collection, add your favorite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay via debit/credit card, UPI, net banking, or other secure payment methods.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets, and net banking.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
A: Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Please contact our support team immediately if you need help.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Delivery usually takes 7–10 business days depending on your location and product availability. For some imported products, delivery may take 15 to 30 days.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We allow returns within 5 days after delivery on select products. Return/Exchange eligibility is clearly mentioned on each product page.

We do not offer returns or refunds on all products, unless received item is damaged/defective/incorrect. Please review our full return policy here.

Q: How do I return a product?
A: Choose "Return" on the product page or contact our support. You’ll receive a prepaid return label via email. Pack the item securely, attach the label, and our courier will pick it up.

Q: Can I exchange an item?
A: Yes! Exchanges are subject to availability. If your desired size or style is out of stock, you can choose store credit or a refund.
