1. Shipping Locations
1.1. We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.
1.2. Delivery availability may vary depending on your location. If your area is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout or we may cancel your order.
2. Order Processing Time
2.1. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
2.2. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2.3. In case of high order volume or unforeseen delays, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified accordingly.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
3.1. Standard shipping takes 7-15 business days depending on the destination.
3.2. We do not support Express shipping at this time.
3.3. Delivery times may be affected by factors such as logistics, weather conditions, or supplier issues.
4. Shipping Charges
4.1. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order value, delivery location, and shipping method chosen.
4.2. Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain value, as per ongoing promotions.
4.3. Additional charges may apply for remote locations or special delivery requests.
5. Tracking & Order Status
5.1. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking link.
5.2. You can track your order status through our website under the Orders section.

6. Delivery Policy
6.1. Deliveries are made only on working days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).
6.2. Customers must ensure someone is available at the shipping address to receive the order.
6.3. If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier service may attempt re-delivery or return the package to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping.
7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
7.1. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us for assistance.
7.2. In cases where the package is lost or misplaced by the courier service, we will initiate an investigation and provide a resolution accordingly.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
8.1. Return available on selected products. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with relevant images and order details.
8.2. Our team will review the issue and provide a replacement based on the situation.
