At Varnavibe, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience by curating unique fashion pieces from trusted suppliers across India. As we work with multiple vendors, our return and refund policies may vary depending on the product and supplier.

To ensure transparency, please read the policy details below:


General Return & Refund Guidelines

  • Return/Exchange eligibility will be clearly mentioned on each product page.
  • Returns and Exchange are accepted within 24 hrs of delivery.
  • Return/Exchange are accepted for most of the items.
  • We offer one time exchange policy i.e. customer can exchange item only one time per order.
  • Customer will notify us within 24 hours of delivery with valid proof (unboxing video + clear photos).
  • Some products are eligible for exchange only, not return or refund.
  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable"
  • Customized or stitched products
  • Products without original tags/packaging
  • Items returned without approval or outside the eligible window

🧾 How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • Customer can request Returns/Exchanges from order page in our website or they can email us at support@varnavibe.com within the mentioned time frame. Include:
    • Order ID
    • Product details
    • Unboxing video and/or clear images of the issue
  • Wait for approval and further instructions.
  • If approved, we will schedule a pickup

💸 Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Refunds will be issued in cases where:
    • The product is out of stock
    • A return is approved
    • An exchange item is unavailable
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit based on the situation
  • Refunds generally take 5–7 business days to reach the customer.
  • COD orders will receive store credit only
